Patrick Koch, AIA

Patrick's guiding conviction is that good design should reveal itself honestly and authentically — in concept, structure, and material, perhaps influenced by his grandfather, a potter. He strives for conceptual clarity, the idea that a building's logic should be legible. In parallel, he pursues a rigorous efficiency in both material use and energy performance. At his core is a simple but demanding principle — do more with less. That orientation is central to how ANDIAMO approaches every project.

Erica LiBritz, AIA

Erica brings an unusually complete perspective: decades of technical expertise honed at the highest levels of practice, combined with six years of leading a development company from the inside. Erica is distinguished by her hands-on presence throughout construction. She doesn't hand off at permit — she's on site, engaged with contractors, tracking details, and holding the process accountable from groundbreaking through closeout. That commitment to seeing it through is baked into how ANDIAMO operates.
